    SPAGHETTI WITH “XORIATIKA” SAUSAGES TZOUMAGIAS

    Ingredients

    • 500 gr. lasagna or spaghetti
    • 1 chopped onion
    • 1 glove garlic
    • 1/4 cup olive oil
    • 2 sausages Tzoumagias
    • 250 gr. white chopped mushrooms
    • 1 bunch sage
    • 1 bunch thyme
    • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
    • 1/3 cup white wine
    • salt and pepper
    • grinded cheese

    Directions

    Remove the outside layer of the sausages and chop them in small pieces. Heat the oil and sauté the sausages for 2´-3’. Add the onion and the garlic and sauté them all together for 2´-3’. Add the mushrooms and saute for 2´-3’. Pour with wine. Let the alcohol until it evaporates and then add the tomatoes and the herbs. Add the salt and the pepper and cover the pot. Boil the sauce for 10’. In the meantime, boil the pasta and pour the sauce. Increase the heat and let it boil for 1´-2’, until the sauce melts. Serve it directly combined with the grinded cheese and sprinkle with olive oil.
