CHEDDAR BITES WITH EVRITANIA HAM
8 slices Evritania ham
8 cheese sticks «ΔΙΒΑΝΗ»
green mixed salad
1/4 cup excellent virgin olive oil ALTIS / ELANTHI / SOLON
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar with fig KALAMATA PAPADIMITRIOU
fennel in thin slices
red pepper in slices
1/2 cup cheddar «ΔΙΒΑΝΗ»
balsamic cream with orange and lemon κρέμα KALAMATA PAPADIMITRIOU
Take the ham slices and wrap inside the cheddar «ΔΙΒΑΝΗ».
Place them on a cooking sheet with a parchment paper. Cook at 180° for 7'- 8' until the cheddar is melted.
Prepare the salad. Place all the vegetables in a bowl. Add the fennel and the pepper.
Sprinkle with olive oil ALTIS and the balsamic vinegar with fig KALAMATA PAPADIMITRIOU, dredge with the cheddar and stir well.
Place them in a platter. Crush the sesame breadsticks and place in the center the roll hams with the cheddar «ΔΙΒΑΝΗ».
Drizzle some balsamic cream with orange and lemon KALAMATA PAPADIMITRIOU.
