GARLIC SPAGHETTI WITH TOMATO, FETA CHEESE AND SPICES
- 1 package spaghetti MISKO Νο 6
- 5 - 6 gloves garlic
- 1/3 cup excellent virgin olive oil ALTIS / SOLON / ELANTHI
- 8 mature and thick tomatoes
- 1 pinch sugar
- some fresh spices
- 200 gr. feta cheese «ΔΙΒΑΝΗ»
- salt – pepper
Heat 2 – 3 tablespoons olive oil ALTIS and let the garlic turn brown for 1'.
Add the chopped tomatoes, the sugar, the salt and the pepper.
Simmer the covered sauce for 30'.
Boil the spaghetti for 2´ – 3´ less than it is written on the package and then add them in the sauce tomato. Stir them and boil in a high heat for 3'. Drizzle with the rest olive oil and sprinkle with the grated feta cheese «ΔΙΒΑΝΗ».
Serve with lots of sauce and extra feta cheese.
