YOGURT ICE CREAM WITH ALMONDS AND HONEY
- 3 trays of non-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup Greek honey «ΑΤΤΙΚΗ»
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup grated chocolate
In bowl, mix the yogurt, the honey «ATTIKH» and the chocolate and place them in the refrigerator to cool off. Freeze the mixture in the refrigerator and after it tightens beat the mixture every 30´ for 5 times until it becomes fluffy.
During the last beats add the almonds. Serve it in ice cream cups, drizzle the Greek honey «ΑΤΤΙΚΗ» and sprinkle with almonds and grated chocolate.
Serve in ice cream glasses, pour the Greek ATTICA honey and sprinkle nuts and grated chocolate.
If we have ice cream maker, mix the ingredients, pour them into the ice cream maker and once stabilized, add the almonds and chocolate. Freeze it in the refrigerator.
