PORK ROLLS WITH KASSERI AND MUSTARD SAUCE
- 6 thin slices of pork loin
- 200 gr. kasseri «ΔΙΒΑΝΗ»
- 1/4 cup. Excellent virgin olive oil ALTIS / SOLON / ELANTHI
- 1/4 cup. white dry wine
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar with honey KALAMATA PAPADIMITRIOU
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 3 colored peppers
- salt - pepper
- fresh thyme
- puree for serving
- green salad for serving
Open the slices of pork the thinner you can. Salt and pepper the steak. Cut the kasseri «ΔΙΒΑΝΗ» into sticks. Fill every slice of pork roll with kasseri. Roll them and fasten with toothpicks.
Heat the oil. Turn brown the rolls.
Add the colored peppers. Let them for 4´- 5'. Pour with wine.
Cover the food and simmer until it absorbs its liquids.
Stir in a bawl the mustard, the balsamic vinegar with honey KALAMATA PAPADIMITRIOU and the thyme, drizzle the rolls one by one. Add glaze Glaze the salad and serve directly with potato puree and green salad.
