Alexandros Kontos, an out-of-work schoolteacher and aspiring writer, undertakes the task of “editing” the autobiography of a popular singer, Calypso, whose second husband is a business tycoon and the owner of Hellas ΤV. The material for the book, which Calypso entrusts to Alexandros for his research and which includes tapes, video-cassettes, photographs, articles, poems etc., falls into unknown hands and Alexandros becomes the victim of a nightmarish conspiracy.
